All pre-designed nail sets are made to order and non-refundable once purchased.

 

However, if you only place an order solely for a nail set and not a sizing kit which is required, and I try to contact you multiple times without receiving confirmation back from you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

 

I am not responsible for incorrect sizing when measurements are provided by the customer. Accurate sizing is essential, given that each set is handmade. (Be sure to visit my socials for visual representation on how to use a sizing kit.) 

 

Custom nail sets are refundable only if the 24hr window period is not met by the customer within the designated timeframe. If you also happen to place an order by mistake, and contact me the same day with a reasonable statement, refunds are also acceptable.
